Do the drivers wait as long as required?

Of course. Your driver is there for whichever timeframe your booking dictates. Within that time, they will wait for as long as you request.


How far in advance should I book?

That’s completely up to you. The further in advance you book, the bigger the chance that we will be able to reserve the date, but last minute bookings are always welcome.


What’s your cancellation policy?

Plans can often change, and we always do our best to help in situations like these. If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours from the start of the time of hire, 50% of all money paid will be non-refundable. If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours from the start of the time of hire, 100% of all money paid will be non-refundable. If the customer does not show up at the agreed time and pick up point, all money paid will be non-refundable.


When and how should I pay?

Payment should be made at least 14 days before the date of the pick up. How the payment is made is completely flexible.


Can I make any special requests?

Of course, please get in touch so we can tailor your booking to suit your needs.


Can I set up an account for my business?

Yes, and we highly recommend doing so. It will make regular use of our services much simpler for you and your employees.
